Who may use the service

You may use the service only if you can lawfully agree to these terms. If applicable law requires a parent or guardian to approve your use, that approval must be obtained before you download a file or make a purchase through an external platform.

Using the website

You may browse, search, preview, and download available wallpaper files for lawful personal use. Do not disrupt the service, probe or bypass security and download controls, scrape or copy the library at scale, overload the service, impersonate the publisher, remove rights information, or use automated access in a way that harms visitors or infrastructure.

A preview or download URL is not permission to embed, hotlink, mirror, republish, or operate a competing download service.

Wallpaper permissions

Downloading a file does not transfer copyright, ownership, exclusivity, or commercial rights. Direct downloads are licensed only for personal device wallpaper use only under the Looma Personal Wallpaper License. Commercial use, resale, redistribution, rehosting, sublicensing, dataset creation, and wallpaper-pack mirroring are prohibited unless explicit written permission states otherwise.

DeviantArt Premium Downloads

A DeviantArt Premium Download is optional support and convenient delivery through DeviantArt. It does not transfer copyright or grant commercial use, resale, transfer, sublicensing, or distribution of the source file. Personal, noncommercial uses included with a purchase are governed by DeviantArt's Premium Download terms and the applicable listing.

DeviantArt processes the transaction and controls checkout, account access, payment methods, taxes, refunds, delivery features, and platform availability under its terms. Any buyer rights provided by mandatory consumer law remain unaffected. A Premium Download does not expand the personal and noncommercial rights stated by DeviantArt and the listing.

Ownership and reporting

Looma Studio retains its rights in the site, branding, copy, metadata, curation, and protectable human-authored or human-directed contributions. Rights asserted in AI-assisted images are limited to the extent recognized by applicable law. Report a credible concern through the Contact page; the Copyright and Takedown Policy explains what information to provide.

Availability and changes

Collections, tags, previews, download formats, external links, and site features may change. Looma Studio may correct metadata, replace defective files, remove content, restrict abusive traffic, or suspend a feature. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

Advertising and external services

The site may display advertising or link to services operated by others, including DeviantArt. Those providers control their services, transactions, terms, and privacy practices. A link or advertisement does not mean that Looma Studio endorses every claim, product, or practice of the external provider.

Disclaimer and responsibility

The website and files are provided subject to the Disclaimer. You are responsible for confirming that your intended use complies with the license, these terms, platform rules, and applicable law.

Liability and rights that cannot be waived

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Looma Studio is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the site, a wallpaper file, or an external service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, and every limitation applies only to the extent the law permits.

Ending access

Looma Studio may restrict access reasonably connected to abuse, security risk, infringement, or a material breach of these terms. Ending website access does not authorize continued use of a file in breach of its license.

General terms and updates

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law. A failure to enforce one breach is not a waiver of another. These terms, the Personal Wallpaper License, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer form the site agreement for the subjects they cover.

Material revisions will carry a new effective date and apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise. A revision does not retroactively rewrite a completed DeviantArt purchase or a licence grant already fixed under the terms that applied when the file was obtained.
