Looma Personal Wallpaper License

The permission you receive

Looma Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable permission to use a downloaded image only as a static wallpaper or background on personal computers, laptops, phones, tablets, televisions, and other devices that you own or personally control.

You may crop or resize the image only as needed to fit your own screen. You may also keep reasonable private backup copies, provided that no other person can access or download them.

Uses that are not permitted

You may not upload, publish, repost, rehost, hotlink, share, distribute, sublicense, sell, rent, gift, or otherwise make a wallpaper file available to anyone else, whether for payment or free of charge. This includes other wallpaper sites, social networks, public or shared cloud folders, forums, messaging groups, stock libraries, print-on-demand services, NFT platforms, and downloadable wallpaper packs.

You may not use an image in advertising, merchandise, templates, client work, publications, apps, games, videos, livestreams, websites, social-media branding, profile graphics, logos, trademarks, public installations, or any other commercial or public-facing work. You may not claim authorship, remove rights information, create derivative artwork beyond the permitted screen crop or resize, or use the images in an image-training dataset or competing wallpaper dataset.

Commercial permission is separate

This personal license does not include commercial rights. A commercial use is allowed only if Looma Studio gives you explicit written permission for the identified image and intended use before that use begins. Attribution, payment for a download, or a message requesting permission does not by itself create permission or transfer ownership.

DeviantArt Premium Downloads

A DeviantArt Premium Download is optional support and convenient delivery through DeviantArt. It does not transfer copyright or grant commercial use, resale, transfer, sublicensing, or distribution of the source file. Personal, noncommercial uses included with a purchase are governed by DeviantArt's Premium Download terms and the applicable listing.

Rights and AI-assisted artwork

Looma Studio retains its rights in the site, branding, collection selection and arrangement, descriptions, metadata, and other human-authored or human-directed contributions. For AI-assisted images, Looma Studio asserts copyright and related rights only to the extent those rights are recognized under applicable law. This limited license grants permission to use the file; it does not transfer ownership or promise that every element is separately registrable in every country.

Breach and enforcement

Your permission ends if you materially breach this license. You must then stop using the affected files and delete copies within your control. Looma Studio may request removal, report unauthorized copies to a hosting platform or search service, preserve evidence, and pursue remedies available under applicable law. This section does not create an automatic fine or limit any non-waivable legal rights.

No warranty and later revisions

Files are provided as described in the Disclaimer. Looma Studio may correct, replace, or remove artwork. A later license revision applies to downloads made after its stated effective date unless applicable law requires otherwise; it does not silently expand or remove rights already fixed by mandatory law.
