Copyright and Takedown Policy

Wallpaper Looma publishes original, AI-assisted artwork under Looma Studio's editorial direction and does not intentionally publish third-party wallpaper downloads.

Looma content

Unless a page states otherwise, Looma Studio claims copyright and related rights in the final published images, collection selection, descriptions, site copy, and presentation. The personal wallpaper license grants limited use without transferring ownership.

What Looma avoids

The publishing workflow excludes celebrities, copyrighted characters, franchise imagery, third-party logos, recognizable brand designs, watermarks, and copied stock photographs. Every accepted collection receives a visual and metadata review before publication.

Submit a concern

Use the official channel on the Contact page. Provide the affected URL, identification of the original work, evidence of authority to act, reliable contact information, and a good-faith statement explaining the concern.

Review and action

Looma may temporarily restrict a questioned file while reviewing credible evidence. Appropriate outcomes may include correcting attribution or metadata, replacing an image, rejecting an unsupported request, or removing the content.

Misrepresentation

Do not knowingly submit false ownership claims or requests intended to suppress lawful original content. Looma may request additional evidence before acting.
